I was given so much info on the products i felt like i could sell them after i left. the guy i talked to told me all the good and bad points and wasnt trying to sell me anything i didnt want.
I was referred there to look for a piece of exercise equipment. The gentleman there did not stock it, and further elaborated on why I wasn't looking for that anyways, what I could be looking for, where I might find it, and what I might be expected to pay. He had no problem referring me elsewhere, at one point referring me to his competitors.
