When I was looking for a new esthetician, I was fortunate enough to have meet Alexis. She has changed my whole out look on skincare and make me feel beautiful every time I leave the salon. From her sassy red lip to her funny heart warming stories. I have found my eyebrow spirit guide and would recommend her to any and everyone. 100 stars!
I scheduled an appointment for a foot reflexology with William and a facial with Brittany it was wonderful. I highly recommend this salon. I will definitely be returning for a full body massage. Also such friendly front staff very helpful and nice.
I would have given it 5 stats but the stylist didn't finish doing my hair even after we were there 45 minutes after closing. Mgmt wanted me to come back to finish a job I had already done on my own. Instead $30 credit was offered for my next service there but the place isn't so handicapped friendly. I yet to make a new appointment to use this credit and since the stylist used 2 boxes of dye in my hair it's still appearing on me every time I wash my hair.

The customer service is awful and the workers at the front desk are rude. Very incompetent as well. When I show up for an appointment that I have scheduled, it's a toss up if they actually will have it correct in their computer. I showed up tonight for a massage I scheduled 2 weeks ago and they didn't have me on their schedule. Then the woman was rude about it. It should be my last time I go there, but Jessica is such a good masseuse. If she ever goes elsewhere I would be more than happy to never spend another dime at Reve!
