When we get ready to remodel the basement for a wet bar we are calling Total Quality Construction.

I had Scott and his crew do a recent remodel. The work was excellent, I am so happy with my new bathroom shower! I feel like a queen now, surrounded by beautiful tile work and fixtures; don't get me started on the improved water pressure! The work was professional and they kept my house clean while tearing out the old. Plus, I live in a closed neighborhood and I worried about the neighbors complaining about the dump truck, but they cleaned up everything everyday and when the job was done the trash left with them!
Maybe we should consider using TQC's "B" team per suggestion of TQC representative to reduce cost.
Example 2 - TQC proclaimed several deadlines throughout the drawing, walk through and estimating process all of which they missed
Example 1 - agreed to provide estimate for projects with line item pricing however TQC provided lump sum estimate only
Total Quality Construction replaced the cedar and stucco on the exterior of our Sylvania home! They were very professional and had competitive pricing! I would highly recommend them for any remodeling needs whether it is for the exterior or interior of your home!
The contractor repeatedly over promised and under produced.
This has been a disappointing experience and in my opinion I would never let this company manage a large home project.

I had a roof put on by TQC and they did a FANTASTIC job!!!!! No more drab, grey colored roof shingles that didn't the accentuate the house. Scott and the guys got it done under budget and ahead of schedule. I highly recommend them.
