This is a quality car wash, with quick service and friendly faces. I should know, I worked there for a short time. Anyways, the amount of detail the servicemen do is insane.
Great car wash. We live on a muddy dirt road in Michigan. When we were finished with our Gold wash and he was drying us off, he sent us back through for another wash to get all the mud off. He worked hard spraying us off and through we went again. Friendly, professional and we'll worth every penny. We will stop here for our washes for now on. Just earned our business.
I paid for a basic wash and a premium interior clean but what I got was a miserable experience and an unclean car. The old man working, who after reading reviews on google and Facebook, I am now assuming is the owner of this establishment was beyond rude. It took an hour from the time we pulled in until the time he told me my car was ready. In this hour, we watched the other employee, a young boy maybe 16/17 work his butt off. The boy was running from the back of the building to cash people out and prewash their cars to the front of the building to continue to detail cars waiting. However, it was apparently not enough for this miserable old man who continued to scold and talk down to this poor, hard-working boy the entire time we were there. The old man was doing my car and the young boy was doing my boyfriends, however, when I got in my car the center counsel hadn't been wiped down and neither had the dash nor the passenger seat, YET the old man yelled across the shop at the boy to make sure he did my boyfriends car right. Pretty comical seeing as how he was the one detailing my car. Anyways, with all that being said I truly hope that hard working young boy finds a job where they will appreciate him, and as for the grouchy old man you should be ashamed of yourself for running a business like that. There is a reason white water car wash down the road has over 220 more followers on Facebook and that's because it is managed properly by genuine people. So, next time, I'll drive the four extra minutes down the road to avoid the monstrosity of a "business" that place claims to be.
