Reasonable service. Seemed low staffed. Car in good condition, albeit transmission sounded wonky. But it is a rental....
Friendly staff. Worked with me to get a car that fit my needs. Pleasant atmosphere. Close to my home, which is convenient.
The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I've rented from Enterprise many times and have always had excellent service. The cars have always been ready on time and pick up and return is very easy. I will continue to use Enterprise for future rentals and have recommended them to family and friends.

When we received the Toyota Camry it was dirty and needed swept out and wiped down because of the dirt and dust. Throughout the week rental we could not figure out what smelled until the final day of our rental. It was a dirty diaper stuck in the pocket of the back seat. When I called to tell the manager she offered an apology and said she would send me an email and if there is something she could do to email her back. I never received an email. When we spoke I said I would like a discount on the car we rented and she said she couldn't do that because it was already closed out. We won't be renting from Enterprise again!
